How to Apply Temporary Tattoos
Choose the Tattoo you would like to apply (cut around it if more than one on a sheet)
Peel off the clear plastic surface that protects the tattoo
Choose the spot on your body where you would like the tattoo. Clean the skin with cotton wool and alcohol (or an alcohol wipe)
Place the image face down on your skin – (in the position you want it to appear)
Firmly press a damp (but not soaking) cloth or sponge over the back of the tattoo
Hold it in that position for at least 60 seconds. This will get you the most complete image. Try not to move during this time.
Remove the cloth or sponge
Gently grab a corner of the paper with two fingers and slowly peel off a little of the backing. (Note – if the image doesn’t look right or it isn’t sticking to your skin put the cloth or sponge back on and wait for another 30 seconds. If it looks right then continue to slowly peel off the rest of the backing.
Wait another 60 seconds for it to dry remembering not to move the area of the tattoo so it has time to set.
And you’re ready to go!
Temporary Tattoos can be removed using baby oil or adhesive tape
