Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are generated by Australia Post "real time" postage charges unless a "Fixed Postage Price" or "Free Shipping" is displayed on a product.
BODY JEWELLERY can generally be sent by Australia Post Large Letter method - if you choose this option it could save you over 50% in postal charges with no extra delivery time. If you are ordering only Body Jewellery and the "Large Letter" option comes up, please choose this method. Please note that orders sent out via 'large letter' do not have an Australia Post Tracking Number. Obviously bulkier items shipping costs are priced according to Australia Post charges and are beyond our control.
We do not charge packaging costs.
For Customers outside Australia - Australia Post recommend a delivery time of between 5 - 10 working days.
Privacy and Security
You can be assured that your privacy, security and discretion will be respected by us at all times. The BarbellsanBling website is structured to ensure that your personal and banking details will not be passed on to any third party, including our suppliers or anyone not employed by BarbellsanBling. We use PayPal as our preferred payment option for our customers' security and peace of mind.
Returns and Replacements
If you are not happy with your purchase (with the exception of Body Piercing Jewellery - which, for Health and Hygiene reasons cannot be exchanged) please return it to us along with your invoice, at your cost, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction. You can choose a product exchange, or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items returned must be unused and undamaged and in their original condition and packaging and must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please check your purchase carefully on receipt as we cannot exchange or allow refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all computers "see" colours differently and even though our in-house photographic technician produces images of products in their natural colours these may vary slightly from computer to computer.
Ordering is a simple process of adding the items you wish to buy in the Shopping Cart and proceeding to the checkout once you have finished your shopping.
Once your payment has been processed and approved, our warehouse is notified, your order is processed and the parcel is dispatched by Australia Post.
Payment for your order is made securely through PayPal. This can either be via your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account then by your Credit Card through PayPal. This means it is more secure for you by knowing that your credit card information will only be checked by PayPal and not our site or another third party.
Updating Account Information
The only information we need from you is when you place an order - for that we only need a name and a postal address. However, if you wish, you can log in and register. This means that our site will remember your postal address for future purchases. Your information will not be used by any third party. We may from time to time email you with special deals, new products etc.
Because of the nature of the manufacture of beads, irregularities, small imperfections, design and colour variations are all part of the uniqueness and character of bead jewellery and in no way detract from their beauty.
Caring for your Jewellery
To keep your jewellery at its best please do not wear while swimming, showering or washing (salt and chlorine in particular may damage your jewellery as well as cleaning products, perfumes, some medications etc). Clay (Fimo) and wood beads and leather in particular should not be allowed to get wet.
